Side Effect Of Telmesartan 40

I am diabetic and B.P 135/85. using Galvus 50 and glympride 2.5,metaformin1000mg once a day before lunch.for BP Telmesartan 40 morning and concor 5 evening.Now I notice daily in the morning my B.P> rises to 158/90..Shold I ad 2.5 Envas or what to do??

When are you checking it, before or after your morning medication? Are you doing so right when you first get out of bed, or having been active for a bit?

It is normal for it to elevate at certain times, so you can't just jumping to adding another medication. What is your blood pressure at other times of day?
