Round Yellow Pill Imprint With C G On One Side & R B On The Other Side

I found a small round yellow pill in my living room today with the imprint on one side of C G and the other side of R B. I have searched online and have called the pharmacist and have been unsuccessful in determining what type of drug this is. None of my family including my family next door that visits several times a day every day knows whose pill this is or what it is. Can you please help me determine what this pill is? Any help is greatly appreciated! :)

There's a good reason your pharmacist didn't know what this one was, it's a veterinary medication. It's used to treat flea infestations and it's called Capstar.

I am puzzled now because we have not purchased capstar for either of my cats. I was told earlier today it is thought to be a 5mg percocet (without tylenol as an ingredient). Can this be possible? Thanks so much for your response.

Presentation

White to light yellow, round, biconvex tablets, with bevelled edges.
Capstar 11.4mg tablets:11.4mg nitenpyram imprinted on one side with ''RB'', on the other side with ''CG''.
Capstar 57mg tablets: 57mg nitenpyram imprinted on one side with ''HIH'', on the other side with CG''.

Uses

Capstar is indicated for the treatment of fleas on dogs and cats.

Dosage and administration

Capstar tablets are administered orally at a minimum recommended dose of 1mg/kg, with the following recommendations:

Weight of cat or dog Dose
1 11kg 1 tablet CAPSTAR 11.4mg
11.1 57kg 1 tablet CAPSTAR 57mg
Over 57kg 2 tablets CAPSTAR 57mg

Capstar tablets should be given orally, either directly into the mouth or mixed into a small portion of food and given immediately. Administer on any day when fleas are seen on the animal. No more than one treatment should be given per day.

Contra-indications

None.
Special precautions for use
Do not use on animals less than 4 weeks old or weighing less than 1kg.
Undesirable effects
For the first hour after administration, the pet may scratch more than normal. This effect is caused by the fleas reacting to the product
