Pregabalin ,methylcobalamin, Pyredoxine, Folic Acid.
UpdatedThis medicine has been prescribed as one of the three drugs namely Amifru and Tryka from PGIMER,Chandigarh for my heart disease in which i am suffering from heart valve dysfuntion and symptoms like anxiety( Ghabrahat) and breathlessness. Kindly, explain me the indications and side effects of all these drugs.

I will give you descriptions for Pregabalin, Amifru (Amiloride and Furosemide), and Tarka- I hope those are the drugs you seeking information about.
Pregabalin is an anticonvulsant drug used for neuropathic pain and as an adjunct therapy for partial seizures with or without secondary generalization in adults. It has also been found effective for generalized anxiety disorder and is (as of 2007) approved for this use in the European Union.
Side effects:
Very common: dizziness, drowsiness.
Common: blurred vision, diplopia, increased appetite, euphoria, confusion, vivid dreams, changes in libido (increase or decrease), irritability, ataxia, attention changes, abnormal coordination, memory impairment, tremors, dysarthria, parasthesia, vertigo, dry mouth and constipation, vomiting and flatulence, erectile dysfunction, fatigue, peripheral edema, drunkenness, abnormal walking, weight gain, asthenia, nasopharyngitis, increased creatine kinase level.
Amifru contains the ingredients Amiloride and Furosemide; which are both loop diuretics used in the management of high blood pressure and congestive heart failure.
Side effects :
common side effects may include but are not limited to: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and headache.
Tarka is the brand name of an oral antihypertensive medication that combines a slow release formulation of verapamil hydrochloride, a calcium channel blocker, and an immediate release formulation of trandolapril, an ACE inhibtor. The combination prescribed for high blood pressure.
Side effects:
Common side effects may include but are not limited to: nausea, persistent dry cough, tiredness, Diarrhea, dizziness, and light-headedness (when sitting up or standing).
