The pill in description marked pliva 468 is Propranolol Hydrochloride (20 mg).
Propranolol Hydrochloride is a non-selective beta blocker mainly used in the treatment of hypertension.
Propranolol is indicated for other uses as well, which you can view by following the link below...

I have a small white and pink capsule. Looks like PLIVA 468 written on it.
sorry, previous statement was wrong color. It is white and blue capsule with PLIVA 468. My son is hanging around the wrong crowd. He is depressed. Angry. I think someone is selling him these. Telling him it is something else.
Hi Lisaa,
Is the color possibly green and not blue, with a marking of "648" as opposed to 468?
Only asking because it doesn't look like there's any information online that fits your description, and this is the closest possible match I could find. A white capsule with a green stripe on one side imprinted with PLIVA - 648 is identified as Fluoxetine 20 mg. This medication is used in the treatment of depression, anxiety, stress, and more.
Manufacturer: Teva Pharmaceuticals
If the imprint really does say PLIVA 468, then I would consider questioning the manufacturer on whether or not it's real or if they just changed the way their pills look. PLIVA 468 is the imprint on a round blue pill with a score on one side that is identified as Propranolol Hydrochloride (20mg).
A description of specific PLIVA tablets can be found in the link below if you scroll down to the section called "How Supplied": dailymed.nlm.nih.gov/dailymed/drugInfo.cfm?id=71253
I hope this info helps!
