Dear Angela,
I have a box of generic Ibuprofen 400mg tablets and they are colored pink on the outside, white on the inside and imprinted I400 on one side and nothing on the other (Presume I stands for Ibuprofen and 400 the tablet dosage). Ibuprofen is an NSAID (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug) and these ones are film-coated. They are used for pain, fever and reducing inflammation. The film-coated ones reduce GI tract problems for people when taking the tablets.
