Peach/pink Round Pill With 54 375

i was getting Orange suboxone I was down to a quarter of a pill although my doc thought I was taking half 2 a whole (I wanna get off he doesn't want me 2 so I didn't say I lowered myself)then all of a sudden I get switched to these peach/pink whatever you wanna call them pills next thing I know I'm back to taking half to a whole,found some of my old orange started taking half&i was fine just not happy cas I was down to a quarter before these peach/pink ones which I had to go back 2 cas that's what I have,I think they are weaker. I do not find the new Roxane peachy pink tablets of suboxone to be as strong as the orange,I felt a little off,had anxiety and was even a little extra depressed. It sucks because I basically went back up on the suboxone when I would like to get off because I have to have surgery done for my breathing and want hydrocodone. Anyway just putting in my 2cents and wanted other opinions,I feel that it's weaker and really think you should be alerted when your pills change,I wish the pharmacy told me,they don't take it so they don't know I should've,we should've been told. I hope if any1 else was in the process of detoxing it didn't set them back at all. I'm sure maybe the pills will work fine on a higher dose if so no problem but pple should be alerted to this,my friend said I could've brought them back to the pharmacy this I am unsure of but wish I had my regular pills I think I'm going to ask for strips now so this doesn't happen again.

No, your friend was incorrect. The pharmacy wouldn't have taken them back. Once you leave the building with them, they aren't allowed to do so, because there is a risk of someone tampering with them, or contaminating them.

This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.

There can be fluctuations in the amount of the active ingredient from one generic to the next. FDA allows them to differ by as much as plus or minus 20% from the name brand. This difference is usually insignificant and doesn't affect most people, but if you are sensitive to medications or have been taking one from a specific manufacturer for a long period of time, you may experience a problem. Thus yes, if you can consistently get the strips to avoid such an issue in the future, you will most likely do better.

Why is your doctor not wanting to help you taper off? They are supposed to do so.

The same thing happened to me. I've been on suboxone for over 3 years and have done most all types. But I have been taking the orange pills AN 414 and things were fine!! But 3 days ago when I got my new refil and got home I than noticed they had changed. These peach colored 54 375 is not working for me at all!!! So it's just not my imagination!! Because I feel really bad. And like you said depressed!!!
