Orange Pill With M 751 Can You Take 2

Can I take 2 of these? One does not ke me feel any different it doesn't help at all. So I want to no if it is safe to take 2 of the m 751?

You should never change your dosage, without your doctor's approval.

This tablet is listed as containing 10mgs of Cyclobenzaprine, which is a muscle relaxant. Taking too much of it could cause respiratory depression, which could be fatal.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.
