How do you use oncosten vial? What are its side effects? How many doses are typically required? My age is 42.

I want to know if a person had low sperm counts which later on increased (by using medicine) from 15 million to 50 million, but then started diminishing and is now nil, can he again increase the count and motility by using ONCOSTEN VIALS? The age of the man is 60 and he is diabetic.
