Nitrocontin 6.4, Ranozex 500 And Lipicure 40mg Side Effects

I am 40 years old female. I am taking nitrocontin 6.4, Ranozex 500 mg and lipicure 40mg after angioplasty for 90-95% blockage in all the three arteries for last one month. I am having constipation and severe hair loss almost baldness. I also am experiencing blurred vision.May I know are these the side effects of these medicines. Will my hair ever improve or not.

I am 40 years old female. I was diabetic and high blood pressure and was on Istamet 50/500 BD , SARTEL OD and Embeta AM OD (evening) since 2012. In may this year I was diagonosed 90-95% block in all the three arteries after chest pain. Stents were placed in two arteries and my third artery (LAD) is still blocked 90% diffused disease. After stents i am prescribed nitrocontin 6.4 BD, Ranozex 500 mg BD and lipicure 40mg OD, istamet 50/500 mg BD, Met XL 50mg OD, clopitab 75mg OD after after the stents. Now I am having constipation and severe hair loss almost baldness. I also am experiencing blurred vision.May I know are these the side effects of these medicines. Will my hair ever improve or not.
