I am using Nexiam 40 g for 10 days now. No more heartburn but I still have a hollow feeling on my stomach and now also uncomfortable feeling over my chest.

It is kind of hard for me to guess as exactly what you mean by these descriptions. Are you speaking of chest pain? Stomach pain or something else?
Common side effects can include: nausea, gas, diarrhea and abdominal pain.

I made an appointment to see my doctor on Friday. It is not really chest pains that I'm having, more like an anxiety feeling and also heart palpitation. This started after the 3rd or 4th day of taking the tablets.
