The green capsule with MYLAN 143 on each half contains 25mgs of Indomethacin, it is a pretty strong nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and stomach irritation. This medication shouldn't be taken by someone that has had ulcers or other gastrointestinal issues, due to it being very harsh on the stomach.

I’ve taken this for gout periodically for 20 years. No problem unless you take it too long, then a headache. That’s it.
