The actual medication being referred to here is Mobic, it contains the active ingredient Meloxicam, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that is often used to treat arthritis symptoms.

It may cause side effects, such as nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.

It can also react with some medications and is contraindicated with some medical conditions, such as congestive heart failure, so please be certain that it's safe for you to use, before taking it.
