i am 53 years old male with type 2 diabetes and taking insulin to keep blood sugar levels under control, last one year i am experiencing erectile dysfunction and not able to get proper penetration.
please let me know if methycobal 500mg tablet will help overcome this problem, if yes what should be the dosage of tablet.
