Methycobal 500 Users

i am diabetic patient and having high blood pressure and cholesterol level high dr. gave me methycobal 500 could u please advise me this medicine
please advise whether it is recommended or not.... thanks

Methylcobalamin is actually not a medicine. It is just a nutritional supplement that is a form of vitamin B12, so it doesn't treat or cure anything, except for a deficiency in it.
