You shouldn't take them both, unless your doctor has said it's okay, because they can both increase sedation.

The FDA classifies Methocarbamol as a muscle relaxant and its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and drowsiness.

Seroquel's typical side effects may possibly include dry mouth, dizziness, headache, drowsiness and sedation.
