Hi suresh,
Unfortunately I can't understand the content of your message, but I will provide some information on Mometason cream below.
Based on my research, Mometasone furoate cream USP 0.1%- is a medium potency corticosteroid, indicated for the relief of the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses. Similar to other topical corticosteroids, mometasone furoate has anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive properties. This medication is to be used as directed by the physician. It is for external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes.
Inactive ingredients:
HEXYLENE GLYCOL
PHOSPHORIC ACID
PROPYLENE GLYCOL MONOSTEARATE
STEARYL ALCOHOL
TITANIUM DIOXIDE
WHITE WAX
PETROLATUM
WATER
ALUMINUM STARCH OCTENYLSUCCINATE
Usage:
Mometasone furoate cream USP 0.1% may be used in pediatric patients 2 years of age or older, although the reports regarding the safety and efficacy of drug use for longer than 3 weeks has not been verified. Since, like previously stated, safety and efficacy of mometasone furoate cream USP 0.1% have not been established in pediatric patients below 2 years of age, its use in this age group is not recommended. The correct way to use this cream is to Apply a thin layer to the affected skin areas once daily. Just like other corticosteroids, you should discontinue the use once the results have been acieved. If no improvement is seen within 2 weeks, reassessment of diagnosis may be necessary.
Supply/storage information:
Mometasone furoate cream USP 0.1 % is supplied in 15 g (NDC 68462-192-17) and 45 g (NDC 68462-192-55) tubes; boxes of one.
Store at 25°C (77°F); excursions permitted to 15-30°C (59-86°F) [see USP Controlled Room Temperature].
Adverse reactions:
The following side effects have been reported (rarely) with topical corticosteroids, but may occur more frequently with the use of occlusive (air and water tight) dressings. These reactions are listed in an approximate order of decreasing occurrence: irritation, dryness, folliculitis, hypertrichosis, acneiform eruptions, hypopigmentation, perioral dermatitis, allergic contact dermatitis, secondary infection, striae, and miliaria.
I hope this helps!
