I'll Be taking my board exam this coming March 29 and I'm planning to take memo plus gold just today Feb.16 is it advisable to take 3x a day until d exam?

Pwede po bang pagsabayin yung multivitamins enervon at yung memo plus gold,yang dalawa po kasi yung vitamins ko everyday, sa tingin niyo wala po bang contradictions bet. these two vitamins.

guys uminom ako ng memo plus gold almost 2 weeks 2x a day pero nagkaron ng side effect sumaskit ung ulo ko nahihilo tpos parang nasusuka. gnun ba talaga un? or hinto ko na sya inumin?

I have an IELTS exam next month and I am planning to take memo plus gold to enhance and boost brain and my mental alertness and of course to aim a good score. My question is, is there any other multivitamins that I can take with memo plus gold to have a better result?? I am planning to take vitamin B-Complex plus memo plus gold. Or any suggestion??
