hi can i take memo plus 1for breakfast and 1 for dinner? or i should take 2capsules simultaneously either breakfast or dinner?

nka gamit ako ng memoplus gold maganda sya sa una kaso mhihirapan ka mkatulog lalo n sa gabi dahil yung utak mo nag iisip padin. then nung tinigil ko sya naging makakalimutin ako at higit sa lahat yung utak ko parang ayaw n mag isip ng sobra. at napadalas ang pag sakit ng ulo ko. kaya hindi ko maadvice n gamitin ito.

It can be taken po b for life?? Prng maintenance na po like other vitamins. Wla po b side efffects un?? Nd wla b mggng problem sa kidneys??
