I'm taking memo plus gold capsule twice a day. Once after breakfast and after dinner. I notice, I feel so tired and sleepy. Why I am having this kind of side effect? Is this good?

hello, I have only son..he is 6 years old running 7 next year on january 2013. I am planning to take him memo plus gold. Is ok for him to take memo plus gold?
