No, you shouldn't take both of them.
The Ibuprofen in the Melfen and the Diclofenac in the Diclac are both nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, so essentially you'd be doubling up on the same thing. To help with any possible pain, fever or swelling, only one of them is needed.
