Call your health plan and ask them or you can go to a pharmacy with your prescription and your Medicaid card.
Effective as of July 11th 2016, Suboxone is shown to be listed on the North Carolina Medicaid preferred drug list. The PDF file can be viewed on the following link, and you'll find Suboxone under the "OPIOID DEPENDENCE" category:

It probably would also be a good idea to call and confirm these details per BL's suggestion just for good measure.
