Is lorox is just a painkiller or does it actually heal the joint inflammation?

This is just an anti-inflammatory that helps alleviate the pain. The NIH lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, stomach irritation, and hypotension.
