Im 59 yrs old I was a diabetic was prescribed gylree m 1 mong and aftr dinner and supermet xl 25 1 in mong aftr bfst but aftr 2 months of sensible eating and daily walk of 30 minutes my sugar level is normal and cholesterol right do I need to continue these tab as im doing al right things plz advice as tab do have side effects which I want to avoid lipcure 10 was also given my bones hurt knees pain which it was not thr bfr

It would be best not to stop the medications, unless your doctor approves. If they are helping to control your blood sugar level, then it could start to rise again, if you stop taking them, even if you are eating well and exercising.
What side effects are you worried about?
