Based on the description provided I located your pill to be an over the counter Coenzyme Q-10 supplement (Chew Q).
NOTE: this pill is depicted as being round & yellow, however I cannot find a photo to confirm whether or not the Q and 100 are on different sides of the pill.
Many people use coenzyme Q-10 for treating heart and blood vessel conditions such as congestive heart failure (CHF), chest pain (angina), high blood pressure, and heart problems linked to certain cancerdrugs. It has a pretty wide application of other uses as well.
