Please correct me if I'm wrong, but from what little bit of information I could gather, Keprocaine cream is a topical pain cream with the following active ingredients:

Ketoprofen - nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug
Baclofen - used to treat muscle spasms and tightness
Cyclobenzaprine - skeletal muscle relaxant
Lidocaine - local anesthetic

With that said, I do believe it could be beneficial for knee pain and inflammation. Additionally, I would also highly recommend looking into "hyaluronic acid injections" for knee pain, as I've heard some great things about its effectiveness.
