No, Lisinopril isn't usually used to treat anxiety. It is an ACE inhibitor that's most commonly used to treat high blood pressure, certain cardiac conditions and to prevent the renal complications that can be associated with diabetes. Typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach pain and dry cough.
Thus, most doctors aren't going to prescribe it for such a use.
