Yes I had a question about a prescription that was filled for my mother who is diabetic and is also has been prescribed Lortab 10 mg but when it was time to get her refill again for the following month I was looking at the pills in the bottle because they look different from before so I looked up the numbers on the pill and it said that they were 500mg acetamin with the markings of GPI A5 but her prescription bottle says that the pill is supposed to have m 367 I took them back to the pharmacy and the pharmacy technician told me that someone must have tampered with my prescription prescription that it was not filled with those pills get that Pharmacy so what do I do for recourse to get to the bottom of this because no one has tampered with his pills I am my mother's caretaker and these pills are never out of my sight and there is no one that could have tampered with them so what is my legal recourse

That is correct, Amneal Pharmaceuticals manufactures this tablet and lists it as containing 500mgs of Acetaminophen, which is a generic for Extra Strength Tylenol. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and stomach irritation.

Have you tried speaking directly with the pharmacist, rather than a technician, or assistant? You might be able to get more answers from them. Those lower on the totem pole often just give scripted responses, as they are told to, and you don't actually get any accurate information from them.
