This is Ibuprofen 400mgs, the same medication in Advil. In the U.S. this is a prescription only strength, but you can buy this dosage OTC in Canada and other countries.

It is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory used to treat pain, fever and swelling.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.
