Both the tablets you listed with the IP on them contain 400mgs of Ibuprofen, this is a prescription dosage of it. It's a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation.
The tablet with 0027 V on it is listed as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen. Its typical side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache.
Since they aren't the same type of medication, though, you really can't compare which one is stronger. It depends on the condition being treated.
