From what I can find, this is actually an illegal anabolic steroid, it's listed as being Stanozol, though since they are banned in the U.S., I can't be completely certain of the contents.
The FDA banned them, except under certain very strict medical criteria, due to the risks they cause of heart attack and stroke, with improper use.
