Indianapolis Pain Docs

My problem is much like so many others on here. After being treated with meds for 12 years (120 Soma per month as well as 180 Norco 10 and 120 Valium 10) my wife which is on full disability was also treated by the same doc for 9 years. The doctor was raided by local police and DEA but was never charged with anything unfortunately the local press basically tried and convicted him in 1 week smear campain. As a result he never returned.to his.practice and allowed his medical license to expire. It's now been 22 months and the DEA still has my medical file as well as 15 other patients. It has been the closest thing to hell as I have every known. I can't even get a doctor to write a prescription for my gout medication. I now realized the amount of drugs I was receiving was excessive I do have a very real need for some type of maintenance pain medication and we'll as something for the break threw pain of severe arthritis as well as pain from disk in my back and neck and a degeneration of my hip and the constant muscle spasms in my back in neck. The local has probably.25 CT and MR studies over the last 10 years to document everything. The Longshot I'm hoping for is that someone knows a family practice doc close to retirement in central Indiana that won't allow the local DEA to be the Bully on the block by shoving there guidelines-not laws down everyone's throat! I have already been refused to be seen by 3 doctors without mentioning pain meds but if anyone feels they might know a doctor the hasn't been intimated please share this persons name with me. Thank you
