Imol contains Ibuprofen and Paracetamol and the Imol Plus contains both of those and Caffeine, these are both commonly used to treat pain and migraine headaches.

Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, insomnia and stomach irritation.

Voveran contains the active ingredient Diclofenac, it is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory used to treat pain, fever and swelling.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.

Meftal Forte contains Paracetamol and Mefanemic Acid, it is also listed as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, so the side effects are similar to what I have already listed above for the Diclofenac.

And the Dolo 650 just contains the active ingredient Paracetamol.
