Ibuprofen 800mg Efficacy

I have a big white 800mg ibuprofen pill with a 1-10 on it. Will this honestly help me for pain? I'm going in a couple of hours for an Endometriosis Biopsy.

This tablet is manufactured by Granules Limited and they list it as containing 800mgs of Ibuprofen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used treat pain, fever, and swelling.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation.
