I believe IP 466 to be Ibuprofen 800 mg, although information on this pill is vague. Ibuprofen is used as a pain reliever and anti-inflammatory.
Another related discussion thread on this site also implies an 800 mg Motrin (which contains Ibuprofen as the active ingredient). The manufacturer is reportedly Amneal.
