How To Stop Taking Fenofibrate
UpdatedIs it possible to reduce/control triglyceride levels naturally? I'm stopping fenofibrate, strictly following a diet and doing vigorous daily exercise to reduce 10 percent of my weight.

Yes, it is possible and many people have done it. More recent studies in the U.S. have shown that these medications do not actually improve longevity and that elevated cholesterol levels do not cause a higher risk of heart disease and stroke. I am sure more studies are needed, but I am relaying what the current NIH reports detail.
How high were your triglycerides? And what types of foods do you usually eat? How much exercise do you usually get each day?
Are you on any other medications?
