How To Find A Doctor For Pain Medication

Need an understanding pain management Doctor in CHATTANOOGA TENNESSEE! I suffer terribly with constant ongoing chronic pain that nerds to be treated with narcotics and muscle relaxant for Transvaginal mesh erosion complications and fibromyalgia. I had a wonderful Doctor and was under their care for a year and my pain was being managed well....until, my Mother, gained access to my medications and telephoned my Doctors office and made all kinds of accusations and threats...they dismissed me, I had an absolutely clean record with them, perfect pull counts, perfect UA's, no missed appointments. I have had absolute nightmares trying to find another pain management physician! Judgement, improper medications and dosage! I absolutely desperate! Before, when I was with my other Doctor I could attend to my daily tasks and take care of my four children! I am a single Mother of four, on disability, very sick, in so much pain, simply trying to function and participate in life. PLEASE HELP! ANY ADVICE ON A DOCTOR IN THE CHATTANOOGA TENNESSEE AREA THAT WOULD UNDERSTAND THIS ABSURD SITUATION? THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO READ MY POST. GOD BLESS.

Hello, Dawn! How are you? I'm sorry about what happened.

It may complicate things, if that doctor has notated something concerning in your medical records.

Do you currently have a PCP that might be able to refer you to someone? That might be the quickest and easiest way to find the help you need from someone that would understand the situation. Especially if your PCP can back up the fact that you don't abuse the medications and only take them as prescribed.

Can anyone recommend a good doctor in that area that might help?
