Ok. Not sure if anyone can really answer me accurately, but Im asking anyway. I've been on subutex, cheaper form of Suboxone but without naloxen, for about 3/4 years. I'm court order to be clean by November 18th, and my last dose was 1 and 1/2 on Friday November 1st. With my prolonged use of this opiod, will I have a clean urine test that test for sub by the 18th?

Thanks Jolter, that pretty well answered my question. And to answer yours; yes, I've been on the same amount since I started and today is my first day of mild withdrawal. Gastrointestinal, aching, lathargic,and extremely sleepy. I've done a lot of research on Suboxone/ subutex and all I got was confusion. So thank you so much for your help!

Definitely will do. Thanks for the input as well. I've jumped at high doses before but never had the motivation to stay clean. I've got a wild ride ahead of me I know, but I now have certifiable motivation. I'll be keeping in touch. Thanks

I took a drug test fot state probation i had not took a sub in 3 days i don't take on a regular pasic just every now n then they have 2 different kind of drug test one show sub n one don't now hope i don't go to jail had a frind tell me yesterday he took a sub & 12 days later he fail a drug test to nwxt time i neeed to drink lots of water few days before i go

To all you morons this is how it is.. All court systems are different.. suboxone has to be either listed as one of the chemicals ordered for you to be tested for at the lab or can be tested by a dip stick for a quick cup.... That's the bottom line.. One court I was in tested for opiates/oxys/cocaine/weed and that was it.. And that was a strict program, but they took a lot of urines. Everyone there was eating klonopins and taking subs.. When I say a lot I mean that estimating at around 100 people in the program each person took urines about 3 times a week. For my regular court they tested for Opiates Oxys Amphetamines (mdma, methamphetamines in the same category) Buprenorphine, Benzos, Cocaine, THC, and barbiturates which are not even common at all anymore and barely anyone takes them.. Average person takes a urine every two weeks or less.. Since there were less urines I'm sure that's why they tested for more drugs because there are a lot of drugs people could do and not be able to stop what is addiction.. But all in all most often than not Subs aren't being tested for because the test is big money to be throwing around so easily... and also for testing negative there are a million different variables but 3-5 days is the standard for them just like dope and other painkillers... everyone here wants to state their opinions like they're facts just because that's the way you see it go down... It can be different anywhere you go

On lower than 1/2 mg....mental more than physical...
will it still show after 4 days of non use? Stopping but scared not soon enuf

I people had differen results depending on different variables. I know for a fact that suboxone showed as oxi morphone on a lab test ( that was after it lit up the opiate slot on the cup, they sent it to the lab). When I called suboxones maker about it they told me it varies depending on who makes the test, usage, length of usage.

Not trying to stir crap up. Just mentioning that it did in fact show positive. I'd be happy to scan the actual lab report if anybody wanted to see

I took 8mg of subs for 6 days straight . I have been off them for one week and I am still testing positive for it so I am flushing and will test again here soon. and yes they have a separate test to look for it. will check when mine clears but doesn't mean a lab wont trace after. not sure how long to remove. have heard the hotline says 11-24 days for complete removal from body. also depends on how much for how long. weight blah blah

You will be fine. Although I do not know the exact amount of time it takes from taking a sub until you are able to take an opiate and the naloxone interfere with the effects, I know from personal experience that I have taken opiates roughly 10-12 hrs after taking about 4mgs of sub and was fine. It all depends on the amount of sub's u take. But just to be on the safe side' I would wait at least 12 hrs. Also, if you take opiates with subs in your system, it will waste the opiate. That's all. But if you take subs while under the influence of opiates, it will put you into forced withdrawal and you will regret it..

If you were throwing up because you took the sub, which it tends to make some people do (nausea is a side effect), then it was in your system already. It need to be metabolized. Drinking lots of water will help excrete it from your system faster by giving it a vehicle out of your body, but subs have a long half life and last a bit longer than other drugs. Nothing is impossible, but the odds are against you bro. In a situation like that.. Call your po and try to reschedule your appointment and try to not do ANYmore. One time use, you'll be good in a week for sure.

Apparently you have never dealt with addiction. A normal person in a horrible accident get addicted to pain medication because of prolonged use wants to come off of the pain meds. Not as easy as you think. I am this person. I sought treatment because I didn't want ro ne on pain meds anymore. Don't judge some one until you've been down their path. What are you doing in this blog anyway? I can tell everyone feom experience that after 2 sub tablets 8mg it showed up inmy urine and that was hhydrating really well and exercising. The standard drug test does not test for suboxone (I asked my physician) it has to be marked and sent to lab to test for it. This is a very expensive test and is not part of a standard drug screen. So you don't know who testing for it now a days. Since suboxone can become abusive more are testing for it. I hope this helps. I have done alot of research into suboxone and this is what I can tell you. Again I want to point out that most of us are in the same boat and suboxone is not a bad drug. It has changed my life for better and thousands more

I've been told if daily use can take up to 30 days depending on use and your metabolism how your body flushed toxins out drink a lot of water a day

I have been taking suboxone about 1mg a day for about twelve days I have a drug test on the 22nd today is the last day I've taken a dose will it be out of my system by then I attested for it at my probation office any personal experiences on this would be helpful

I have the same problem. I run out and will use timy5ammounts if suboxone to get me through and usually stop a few days prior to my appointment. Last time it was only a day and it showed up. My Dr. Called me yesterday and gyestioned me. I played stupid like. I dont know why. I only take what you give me. I'm waiting for a call back to see if I'm kicked out of the program. I'm praying the don't demand me to come in asap for a test because I will be positive again. any idea how to get out of my system quicker? I go in 6 days for my reg appointment. If i can make it until than I should be ok I hope!
