i am suffering from high type 2 diabetic. Since last many years, despite my taking regular medicine my fasting level is above 250 and pp above 325.i have reservation against taking insulin. Nothing worked. Yoga, meditation, walking, exercise, and change of medicine all failed.
i have also tried aurvedic medicine also. My bp which was on higher side, has come under control by aurvedic medicine where tazloc am failed. But no solution for diabetic problem. I was taking amryal mp2 and now glimiprix but of no use. I have a feeling weather i have sugar at all?
what do i do now to address this pro lem?

What types of foods do you normally eat?
Anything that is high in sugar, or fats can cause your blood sugar to become elevated, according to NIH reports. A lack of exercise can also contribute to these issues.
Why are you against taking insulin?
