Its typical side effects are listed as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, hypotension, increased urination and dehydration.
My concern is that it can be very taxing on your kidneys and is not always appropriate for those with kidney disease. I'd suggest double checking with your doctor, for your own safety.
