Fruta Planta- Me (Page 2)

I've been taking fruta planta for 11 days and I only lost 3 pounds. I've been exercising and taking it in the morning with warm water. I'm reading that people are losing 10 lbs the first week. Am I doing something wrong?

I have been on (FP) for a month & have lost 21 lbs.

The side effects are dry mouth & insomnia for me. If those are the only side effects, that's ok with me.
I have to remember to eat or else I will forget. It has worked great for me so far. I also stopped eating carbs for dinner. Hope it continues!

Two of my friends are taking it & only have the dry mouth not the insomnia, so it does not effect everyone the same.

Hopefully, I can shed the other
50 lbs that I have.

I am taking fruta planta and hae lost 18 pounds since June 1st. Does anyone know anything about this diet pill: GUOPAI Third Generation Apple Vinegar capsules? It also works well for a friend of mine who has lost 18 pounds sine June 1 by taking both fruta planta and GOUPAI Third Generation Apple Vinegar Capsules.

I looked at the seals of Authenticity that Arnold supplements had posted and it looks alot like the ones that I've been using BUT the pink seal is very different and to be honest I wouldn't trust it.

In response to Jenna: I bought mine from Arnold Supplements and they are the real thing. I've been taking them for six days and have lost seven lbs. I have not experienced the jitters as others have reported, do have dry mouth but best of all...I HAVE NO APPETITE!! I don't feel hungry at all, no cravings. I just ordered two more boxes.

I know what you're going through. I asked the website lafrutaplanta . com and they helped me get over that slump. Go on their site and create an account then send them an email. They will give you an answer that is detailed to fit your habits. Your body has grown tolerant of the pills. Its like working out where you have to change something to throw your body off. I bought fake pills the first time around, I got the hologram box. I came to find out it hasn't worked for the majority of people. They didn't work for me I lost nothing. A friend of the family was taking the pills, but different ones. She lost 24lbs since Aug1 she sent me a website, where she got hers. They give LOTS of info, on what to look for in the fake and real boxes. They show the pics of differences.

Please if you have tried this help me.. I bought a box but it doesnt say FRUTA PLANTA.. it says FRUIT PLANT.. its the translation in english but i would like to know if its authentic or a different pills since the name its different. Thank-You

I bought Fruta Planta from Arnolds, I have only been using it for 5 days and I have already lost 5 lbs. I decided not to take it today (since it was the weekend and I wanted to go out and eat junk food lol), well I still didn't have the urge to load up on a lot of food! This morning I ate corn flakes and milk, around 8 and didnt have lunch until 4....and didnt feel hungry @ all! I recommend Arnolds b/c it is only 13.95 free shipping and no tax. I am not looking to lose a lot of weight, I am about 130 and pretty tall, I only get a big belly from eating all the wrong foods, I am trying to get to 115..so 10 more lbs to go!

I started taking FP last Friday. At first it made me so dizzy I thought I was going to pass out. The feeling was horrible. Like an out of body experience, but it's got better. I take it in the morning @ 9am and with reg. water (not warm). I haven't noticed a decrease in my hunger, in fact I might be eating more. However, alot of people have stated that they get dry mouth, so I'm wondering if I'm interpreting thirst as hunger. I have a tendency to have paradoxical reactions to meds (have reverse side effects). I haven't weighed myself since starting FP, but I was 188 lbs the wk before. I've noticed that several of my size 12 pants that I couldn't fit into now I can. Not loose, but they fit. So, there must be something going on. I've also stopped drinking coke (and other sodas) so maybe that could be it. I've signed up at my local gym, so I'm going to keep track of my progress and post it.

I just ordered a box of FP from Amazon. i'm hoping that i have the same results that many of you have had. My friend tried it and he lost 20 months in almost 2 months. My problem is that i eat alot of junk food and i have no willpower since it's usually before and during my period. Dee- i wld love to know how you lose the weight quicker, i don't see ur email. my goal is about 35lbs and i'm the type of person that i get discourage fast when i don't see results.

First thing you MUST do is remember that there is NO MAGIC PILL out there! Then, you have to realize that EVERY person is unique in how their body reacts. I myself, get desperate when I don't see the weight dropping and then see someone else drop it like it's hot! I usually have ridiculous cravings for sweets after I eat lunch or dinner and even breakfast! I have insulin problems to make it even worse! So, when 2 weeks passed after starting FP and I didn't see the weight dropping, I was ready to give up! My friend advised me against it, telling me some people take longer for it to kick in. I held off and by the end of the month I had dropped 17lbs! By the end of the first week during my second month I was down 23lbs!! So, what I did to turn up the fat burning process was continue drinking that water before every meal, after every meal, during the night and I was also trying to eat more salads and less fried foods. I got to the point that coffee nor coke was appetizing to me and the oddest thing for me was that I lost the desire to drink ORANGE JUICE!! I have been addicted to OJ since I can remember and because of the BITTER MELON in the FP, it has helped me with the addiction to sweets! If you need a push or a word of encouragement, let me know! That's so funny Dee, because it seems that you and I have the same issues when it comes to cravings!!! The coke, OJ, and wanting to have something sweet after a meal! I thought it was just me being a sugar addict. I have pcos and my insulin is on a roller coaster ride. Drinking the water before meals is very effective in not overeating in general. Thanks for sharing with us!

OMG!! Did I mention that I have PCOS as well?? Too funny! The Dr. told me to lose weight or start losing organs one by one! You're going to LOVE FP! It has saved my life, physically and socially! Although I'm still working on it and now focusing on lasering those nasty facial hairs!

LOL! It's like a curse! Your body just retains all this fat/water weight, usually in the abdomen area. In general pcos wreaks havoc on your body. I just finished threading my little chin hairs myself! lol, tmi maybe! I'm 34 and don't want to grow into old age w/diabetes and all the other crap from this. I had a reality check recently and decided that it's now or never to take control. I'm trying to incorporate a healthier lifestyle along w/FP. I also figure that if I keep positive thoughts I can trick my mind into continuing w/the lifestyle. Psychosamatic therapy I guess! lol! Best of luck to us all!!!
