As reported by the NIH, the main things to avoid are sweets and high fat foods, which means you also need to watch your fruit intake.
However, beyond that, there is no specific list that can be given. Carbohydrates can raise your blood sugar, but it varies from person to person how much they affect it and which ones, some people seem to tolerate certain foods much better than others. The best thing to do is to make sure you eat a healthy, well balanced diet and get lots of exercise.
You should also avoid alcohol, because it can lower blood sugar and shouldn't be mixed with most medications.
