Fenofibrate-problems Tat Occur When Stop Taking

Hi, I have been taking fenofibrate for only a month and haven't had any problems. I have not been able to refill for about a week due to the cost. I have been having an odd chest pain the past couple of days. It isn't a consistent pain, just every now and again. Could this be caused from me stopping this medication?

Hello, Katriano! How are you feeling?

Anytime you have chest pain that you've not had before and cannot be sure of, you should seek medical attention to have it checked out immediately. It's just not worth the risk of sitting around and hoping it's just from stopping a medication.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness and headache.

Has anyone else experienced this?
