I am a diabetic since 1989. Since last three months, my left eye is closed, the upper eye lid is not functioning. I was under the drug i.e; Methacom-L(prescribed by an opthalmist) , and it is improving now. One of my friend who is also suffering from the same problem, is under the supervision of a neuro medicine doctor. The neuro doctor prescribed him Felcita OD.
1. What's the difference between Methacon L & Felicita OD. Can I use Felicita OD in lieu of methacon- L

Both of them are just nutritional supplements, not actual drugs, so they aren't actually proven to treat or cure anything, other than a deficiency in one of the vital nutrients they contain.
What have the relevant doctors claimed caused the malady?
