No, it actually doesn't contain the active ingredient from either one.

Duoflex contains the active ingredient Carisoprodol, which is a muscle relaxant, and Diclofenac, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. It's used to treat pain, swelling and muscle spasms.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, dry mouth and stomach irritation.
