I work two jobs and go to school I'm an architectural light engineer and I recently got switch doctors and they don't prescribe and I've been taking for 8 years and that's the only doctor my psychiatrist has to offer could you please help

I found a wonderful doctor. So understanding of ADHD, he prescribes medication for patients with ADHD and has you get blood work and EKG to make sure you are healthy enough to take the medication. Also gives you suggestions, such as Omega 3's to help out as well. His office is in SE Michigan.

Hi. I just came on this link bc I have the same problem as she does. I've been diagnosed with ADD at 18, went off the drug for a long time and am trying to get back on it and I can't find any doctors willing to just listen to what I have to say and know I need them. I don't know how old these posts are, or if your doc is still around. But can I also please get his info?? Name, #, and address pleasd. I'd so greatly appreciate it!

Don't be so quick to judge. Tony may have had a problem, but that doesn't mean some people just need a quality recommendation from people with the same issues. Lets support people, and not make them feel horrible for trying to find a doctor.

Please let me know about the doc who does that. I'm a legit patient and need a new doc. I suffered a serious head injury a few years back and have a slew of issues as a result of it.
