No, neither of these tablets do.
The one with the IP 465 marking is manufactured by Amneal Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 600mgs of Ibuprofen and the one with the 123 marking is manufactured by Marks's Pharma and they list it as containing 800mgs of Ibuprofen.
The FDA classifies Ibuprofen as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, stomach irritation and increased risk of bleeding.
