Andrew, sounds like you are doing well. I am over 60 days on it and post results every Saturday on here. I beat the constipation by eating mostly fruits and veggies and oatmeal. The lack of appetite eliminated the munchies. That is the biggest difference in why I dropped weight.

John- how are you doing on it? i mean i did it for 13 days then i just stopped taking it, i lost almost 14-15 pounds and i gaines back maybe 2 or 3 cause i have been extremely lazy and im not really eating that healthy, i restarted it again today to finish off the other 16 or 17 pills. Besides eating breakfast and alot fo fruits and veggies during the day, what have you been doing? i have been constipatedand ive been drinking like crazy, had a salad for dinner, but in the past it hasnt really helped. im at around 193-195 and im trying to get to a weight that im satisfied with. Any suggestions?

Here is a summary of a post I sent to a friend

It is the best appetite suppressant I ever seen. I take after breakfast w a small snack. It lasts all day.

I am diabetic too. I test every day. My BS dropped and I quit one med and use the other only if the BS goes above 200. That then drops it 40-60 points.

I wake around midnight to pee. The amazon batch had some dry mouth. The Orig FP has not had that.

There is speculation that it is a mild form of sibutramine (available through prescription as Meridia).

" Sibutramine is used for weight loss in conjunction with a low calorie diet. Specific populations for whom the medication is recommended are those with an initial body mass index of more than 30 kg/m2 (27 mg/m2 if they also have other risk factors such as diabetes mellitus, high cholesterol or hypertension).

The most common Sibutramine side effects have been constipation, inability to sleep, headache, and dry mouth. (Having little appretite, I am eating a natural low processed carb and veggie diet to avoid constipation.) I do wake up early at times. Never a headache.

DOSING: Sibutramine is taken once daily, generally in the morning. Therapy usually is started with one 10mg tablet per day. The dose may be increased to 15mg by the physician after several weeks to achieve the desired effect

Sibutramine, like the SSRIs, blocks the reuptake of serotonin and may also cause the serotonin syndrome. Serotonin syndrome may include one or more of the following: agitation, anxiety, dizziness, confusion, excessive sweating, disorientation, painful joints, vomiting, hyperexcitement, fever, loss of coordination, loss of consciousness, shivering, fast heart rate, tremor, and weakness.

Sibutramine should not be used with MAO inhibitors, and there should be at least a 2-week interval between stopping an MAO inhibitor and starting sibutramine.

Serotonin syndrome also has been reported with the use of SSRIs at the same time as medications used for migraines such as sumatriptan (Imitrex), zolmitriptan (Zomig) and dihydroergotamine (DHE), as well as dextromethorphan (found in many cough medications such as Robitussin-DM), meperidine (Demerol), pentazocine (Talwin) and fentanyl (Duragesic), or lithium (Eskalith). Therefore, these drugs should not be used with sibutramine. "

The KEY is to watch for these symptoms. I have not had any with the Orig FP batch.

This is an untested FDA herbal supplement. So watching the side effects is very important.

I know this is alot of info to digest, but it is a miracle drug to me. I will take peeing at night w the results I have. I am at the lowest weight in 15 years. I wear stuff I never ever thought possible.

Hello everyone! 2day is my second day on 2010 Advance fruta planta...I said I wasn't going to weigh myself until next week...but i was so tempted...and o'my gosh! I've lost 3 pounds already! which is probably water loss, considering i was using the bathroom more then usual..I will keep everyone posted..and no side effects today! a little dry mouth, but nothing compared to yesterday...

Hi everyone again, im in day 7 with the pills and doing diet too, in this week i have lost 5 lbs, it is good, i want to say that in my side effects, only litle dry mouth,not a lot, headaches, and reduce apetit, so we can say that the pills works, because when is time to eat, u are hungry, but eat less than without the pills. I wouldike to know if everyone that are taking reduce w.f.p are dping diet too, or only taking pills and eating what u want? If someone one can ask me my question please... i will keep u posted like today and last week, this experience taking the pills. I hope this next week lose 5 lbs more. Hello everyone, Today is my first day on the 2010 advance version of reduce weight fruta planta. I had alot of energy! and extreme dry mouth...I drank so much water, and released alot of water as well. but overall I feel fine..Its one in the morning and im still up though, very alert! But feel I should be sleep. my starting weight is 162.4. I will keep everyone posted, and feel free to ask any questions you all may have! Thanks for your time

Just wanted to give a brief update... Has anyone experienced exessive crying while on fruta planta? I've finally found real ones they are working great I've lost a total of 6 pounds in 7 days. I'm just concerned, I've had all the usual side effects waking up early and alert, dry mouth however I was really depressed I couldn't stop crying all day never happend to me before I never cry, I have no reason to cry. It was like I was on PMS on steroids!!

Fruta planta day 68
weight -29 pounds wow four pounds. I was thinking the same since i was kinda lazy this week. These last two week have forced me to get new clothes.
waist -3.75 stunning 3/4 an inch. My belt is new. I can't wear the old clothes because they slide off. Yesterdays lunch was salad w chicken and two small fried eggrolls. Dinner was salad w cheese and nuts w.o dressing.,

This is my 3rd day taking the pill, and do exper. dry mouth/energy/loss of appetite/going to sleep fine but waking up at 12 and 4 am in the morning/first day did have alittle headache but went away later. I have been taking pill before breakfast and now changed to after breakfast because i did feel alittle Jitterly. Take pill after breakfast is the best way to not feel the werid feelings. I hope the pills that i am taking are real and not fake. I have read all the reviews and i guess i will wait to see.

Sheena --- Google them and look for authenticity seals on them. One silver, one pink, one clear and make sure that spells Reduce Weight Fruta Planta on them. I started taking them and in a few minutes I was already thirty and no appetite right away. I got some that didn't do anything to me at all. Good Luck!!!

I have a couple questions about the fruta planta pills,can anyone please help?!I bought them from a friend about a week ago and I feel they r fake because I'm still hungry and I do not have dry mouth at all.my box stay reduce weight instead of reduce weight fruta planta.do u guys think this box might be fake?or should I keep takin them to see if they'll start working?

Valentina--- I had good results with his and to tell you the truth my mom gave me some from her nice-in-law which by the way sells them and they were fake. Didn't loose one oz and I got stuck not being able to loose anythinmg for a whole month after that. I haven't had any problems with Lorenzo's but you know how it goes. Am ordering from him today cause I don't want to be one day without them. I need to loose a bit more.
