Diabetes. Fibromyalgia.

50yr old male. Diabetes, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, assorted arthritis, chronic/severe pain. Motorcycle accident in 1985/ lost use of right arm. Now weighs 163 down from 200 in a period of 8yrs. Struggles daily with PAIN.

Is he under a doctor's care? He most likely does need some type of pain management.
