I wish to know the contents of tablet SIGNOFLAM, my doctor has precribedthe tablet to my brother who had shoulder pain we got an x -ray done of th shulder but nothing came in the x-ray

Signoflam contains the active ingredients Aceclofenac, Paracetamol/Acetaminophen and Serratiopeptidase.

This is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medication used to treat pain and swelling.

Common side effects may include nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation.

hi i am being treated for major depressive disorders and am taking tryptomer sr50 fr the past 9 mnths nw.though my anxiety attacks r mch less bt it has nt gne totally.i am also havng pain on my left hand side chest whch travels frm my shoulder to the last 2 fingers of my left hand.dr told its costochondriasis.and he asked me to tke pantodac 40 and signoflam.what are the side effects and will it harm he askd me 2 tke 2 tab for10 days evryday aftr lunch n dinner>pls advise

From 5 years I got severe pain on my hip, knee and downwards. I was taking panadol ostio and mobic. Nothing happened. This time I saw a doctor in India. He prescribed signoflam.this is the first time my pain is less by 90/.so how is is it safe to use it..
