The tablet with the T 46 marking is actually a 7.5mg Clorazepate tablet, which is a generic for Tranxene, but the following usage and side effect information is relevant to all dosages.
It is a Benzodiazepine derivative, so it can be used to treat anxiety, as a sedative, as an anticonvulsant and as a muscle relaxant.
The side effects can be a little different though and may include cognitive impairment, confusion, ataxia and drowsiness.
